Description

Human Gastric Organoid is a three-dimensional (3D) tissue model derived from human gastric stem cells, faithfully replicating the structure and function of the human stomach. These organoids mimic key features of the gastric epithelium, including gastric pits, parietal cells, and chief cells, and retain the gastric mucosal architecture. They provide a highly relevant platform for studying gastric development, gastritis, gastric cancer, and other gastrointestinal diseases.
