Description

Human Gastric Cancer Organoid is a 3D tumor model established from patient-derived gastric tumor tissue. Cultured in vitro from tumor cells containing native cancer stem-like populations, this organoid maintains the original tumor’s histopathology, genetic mutations, and molecular signatures. It exhibits long-term viability, structural fidelity, and heterogeneous architecture reflective of gastric cancer. Compared to conventional cell lines, this model offers improved physiological relevance and patient-specific insight for gastric cancer research.

Specifications & Applications

Growth Properties

Embedded 3D Culture

Quality Control

All test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.

Application

For research use only. Human Gastric Cancer Organoid is an effective platform for studying gastric cancer biology, drug screening, biomarker identification, and individualized therapy evaluation. It supports the preclinical testing of chemotherapeutic agents and targeted treatments while enabling the investigation of resistance mechanisms and tumor evolution. The model is also compatible with co-culture systems for immune-oncology research and microenvironment simulation, accelerating the development of precision treatments and translational advances in gastric cancer.
