High-quality Human Pancreatic Cancer Organoids are derived from patient tumor tissues. Cultured in a 3D system, these organoids faithfully recapitulate the histological architecture and pathological characteristics of pancreatic cancer, preserving the original tumor’s genetic mutations, cellular heterogeneity, and microenvironmental features. They can be stably passaged over the long term and are compatible with a wide range of molecular and functional assays, including immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), genomic sequencing, and drug response testing.
Embedded 3D Culture
All test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
For research use only. Human Pancreatic Cancer Organoids serve as powerful tools for in vitro drug screening and efficacy evaluation, enabling sensitivity and resistance testing for small molecules, biologics, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). They are widely used in personalized medicine to guide precise treatment strategies and predict patient-specific drug responses. In research settings, they facilitate the investigation of pancreatic cancer pathogenesis, signaling pathways, and mechanisms of drug resistance, as well as the discovery of potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers through transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic profiling.
