These organoids provide robust in vitro platforms for investigating prostate cancer biology, androgen signaling, resistance mechanisms, and therapeutic responses. With long-term expansion and cryopreservation capability, they are suitable for applications in cancer disease modeling, biomarker discovery, drug screening, and the development of precision medicine strategies in urologic oncology.
