They retain the structural, molecular, and pathological hallmarks of thyroid tumors, enabling physiologically relevant studies of tumor heterogeneity, oncogenic mutations, and drug sensitivity. These organoids can be maintained in long-term culture and used for disease modeling, biomarker identification, and therapeutic testing. They provide valuable tools for understanding thyroid cancer progression and for advancing translational research and precision oncology.
