Description

CDX2 Antibody (5A4E6), Monoclonal, Mouse is a specialized antibody targeting CDX2, a crucial transcription factor in the intestinal epithelium. CDX2, also known as Homeobox protein CDX-2, is a 313 amino acid protein that belongs to the Caudal homeobox family and plays a key role in regulating gene expression for intestinal development. This monoclonal antibody, derived from mouse IgG1, is suitable for use in various applications including Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and ELISA. CDX2 is essential for regulating the anterior-posterior patterning of the intestine and maintaining cell differentiation and proliferation along the crypt-villus axis. The antibody is purified using Protein G, provided in liquid form, and is stable for one year when stored at -20°C. Ideal for human and pig samples
