CDX2 Antibody, Polyclonal, Rabbit is designed to recognize CDX2, also known as Homeobox protein CDX-2, a 313 amino acid protein from the Caudal homeobox family. This antibody targets the 34 kDa CDX2 protein, which plays a vital role in regulating gene expression in the intestinal epithelium. CDX2, localized in the nucleus, is involved in the anterior-posterior patterning of the intestinal epithelium and in controlling cell proliferation and differentiation along the crypt-villus axis. The antibody is suitable for multiple applications, including Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF)/Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and ELISA. It is antigen affinity-purified and is stable for one year when stored at -20°C. This antibody is validated for use with human, mouse, rat, and pig samples. It is recommended to titrate for optimal results in each testing system.
