LYZL6 (Lysozyme-like 6), also known as LYC1, is a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 22 family. It is involved in hydrolyzing 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in peptidoglycan and chitodextrins. LYZL6 has a molecular weight of 17 kDa and contains a 19-amino acid signal peptide and a glycosylation site. This polyclonal antibody, derived from rabbit IgG, detects the N-terminal region of LYZL6 and is ideal for applications such as Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. Stored at -20°C, this antibody ensures long-term stability for various research applications, including organoid studies.
