TTF1/NKX2-1 Monoclonal Antibody mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2C8F3) specifically targets TTF1/NKX2-1, a transcription factor essential for thyroid differentiation and lung development. Unlike the polyclonal antibody, this monoclonal antibody provides high specificity and consistency in detecting a single epitope on TTF1/NKX2-1. It is ideal for precise applications requiring reproducibility, such as Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF-P), and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). This antibody is reactive with human and pig samples and has been purified using Protein A. It is stored in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
