Recombinant Human OSM Protein, Tag-Free is an IL‑6 family cytokine that signals via OSMR/ gp130 to modulate inflammation, fibrosis, and regeneration. Applied to liver, intestinal, and tumor organoids to model epithelial–stromal–immune crosstalk, fibrotic remodeling, and inflammatory responses. Supports maturation of hepatic organoids in combination with HGF/DEX and aids barrier modeling in gut organoids. High‑quality recombinant format enables reproducible immune–epithelial studies.
