Organoid Establishment 

Organoid Establishment service specializes in generating organoid cultures derived from primary tissues (including tumor samples), or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Using optimized protocols and culture conditions, we ensure the development of robust, physiologically relevant organoid models that closely mimic native human tissue architecture and signaling environments. Organoid Morphological and Phenotypic Analysis  

The resulting organoid models are characterized using a variety of techniques, including microscopy, immunohistochemistry, gene expression analysis, and functional assays, to assess their structural integrity, cellular composition, and physiological relevance.

Standardized quality control ensures organoid source, functionality, and reproducibility. Morphological analysis includes imaging, IHC, IF staining, and H&E sectioning. Molecular profiling uses RT-qPCR, RNA sequencing, and single-cell transcriptomic analysis. Functional assessments (optional) include electrophysiology, bilirubin metabolism, drug testing, and ion transport, ensuring biological validity for drug discovery and mechanism-of-action studies.
