Description

CDX2 Antibody (34 kDa), Polyclonal, Rabbit targets CDX2, also known as Homeobox protein CDX-2, a 313 amino acid transcription factor in the Caudal homeobox family. CDX2 plays a vital role in the regulation of gene expression in the intestinal epithelium and is crucial for anterior-posterior patterning and differentiation along the crypt-villus axis. It helps control proliferation and differentiation within the intestinal lining. CDX2 is involved in reducing tumorigenic potential, enhancing sensitivity to apoptosis, and minimizing cell migration, acting through independent pathways with CDX1. This polyclonal antibody, derived from rabbit IgG, is ideal for applications like Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and ELISA. It is purified using antigen affinity, stable for one year at -20°C, and suitable for use with human, mouse, and rat samples.
