Description

Human Duodenum Intestinal Organoid are cultured in vitro and are capable of self-organization, long-term growth, and faithfully simulating the structure and function of the duodenum. Duodenum organoids are highly clinically relevant, three-dimensional models that faithfully retain the physiological and molecular characteristics of the original duodenal tissue. Compared with traditional 2D cell lines, they better mimic the in vivo environment and can be used to predict patient responses to therapeutics. The duodenum organoids offered by OgCelix are thoroughly characterized, genetically and phenotypically stable, and represent an ideal platform for studying gastrointestinal diseases, drug discovery, and precision medicine. Organoids are rigorously tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.
