Description

Human Rectum Colon Organoid are advanced three-dimensional (3D) cellular models derived from rectum tissue, utilizing native LGR5⁺ stem cell populations for cultivation. These organoids faithfully preserve the physiological architecture and molecular pathology of the original tissue, exhibiting high genetic stability and mature epithelial phenotypes. Compared with iPSC-derived organoids, rectum and colon organoids more closely mimic the in vivo intestinal environment during long-term culture, making them a powerful platform for disease modeling, drug screening, precision medicine, and regenerative research. Organoids are rigorously tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.
