Description

Human Small Intestine Organoid are tthree-dimensional (3D) multicellular structures generated in vitro from adult stem cells or pluripotent stem cells. They exhibit polarity and recapitulate, to a significant extent, the structure and function of real organs. Human Small Intestine Organoids model developed by OgCelix is derived from normal human intestinal stem cells and demonstrates robust self-organization, long-term growth, and renewal capacity. It contains multiple types of mature intestinal epithelial cells. Under light microscopy, the organoids typically appear as cystic or budding structures with a central lumen surrounded by tightly arranged columnar epithelial cells. The lumen and its interface with the external environment are sharply defined, while the cells appear bright and transparent, displaying characteristic morphology. Organoids are rigorously tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.
