Description

Human Triple Negative Breast Cancer Organoid is a 3D in vitro model derived from patient tumors or established cell lines that lack ER, PR, and HER2 expression. It faithfully recapitulates the aggressive behavior, genetic profile, and heterogeneity of Triple-negative breast cancer, making it a valuable tool for studying tumor biology. It is widely used for drug screening, biomarker discovery, and the development of targeted therapies, particularly for this hard-to-treat breast cancer subtype. Organoids undergo rigorous testing for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and are verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.

Specifications & Applications

Growth Properties

Embedded 3D Culture

Quality Control

All test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.

Application

For research use only. Human Triple Negative Breast Cancer Organoid is an advanced in vitro model that mimics tumor heterogeneity and microenvironment, enabling studies of cancer development and progression. It is widely used for drug screening and personalized therapy, as well as gene function research through gene editing. Additionally, co-culture systems allow investigation of tumor–microenvironment interactions.
