Description

Organoid Culture Basement Membrane Matrix is a natural extracellular matrix extracted from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma. It mainly consists of laminin, collagen IV, entactin, and heparan sulfate proteoglycans, and includes growth factors such as IGF-1, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF, and bFGF. The matrix polymerizes at 37°C to form a biologically active 3D gel that closely resembles native basement membrane. It provides structural support and biochemical signals essential for regulating cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation in vitro.
