SCGB1A1 Polyclonal Antibody is a rabbit-derived antibody targeting Uteroglobin (CC10), a member of the secretoglobin family of small secreted proteins. Uteroglobin is produced by the Clara cells in the lungs and plays a key role in anti-inflammation, inhibiting phospholipase A2, and sequestering hydrophobic ligands. It has been implicated in numerous functions related to lung health and respiratory diseases. Defects in this gene are associated with susceptibility to asthma. This antibody is suitable for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF-P), Flow Cytometry (FC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and ELISA applications. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is purified through antigen affinity chromatography.
